<reviews itemIdentifier="SuperMetroid_SS_032"><review><reviewbody>Only a day ago most Super Metroid fans were hoping for a 00:35 single-segment run, and many of those thought that sub-35 isn't humanly possible.

This run shows rather clearly shows the difference between "impossible" and "thought to be impossible". Amazingly sleek gameplay, a lot of carefully thought-out strategies and precisely timed tricks witnessed in this run bring Super Metroid speedrun competition on a whole new level of quality, and still leaves a small yet obvious leeway for future improvement.

I would say this clearly is one of the best single-segment runs of 2006, and also a perfect example of how useful it can be to watch tool-assisted runs of the game one wants to run on a console, and try to reproduce their tricks. Level A+.</reviewbody>
